Our "value added" services include a host of products and operations obtainable from a base of world-class suppliers here in the Rochester, New York area.   Within a 30 mile radius we have access to heat treating, plating, grinding, bar stock, plastics and plastic overmolding, tool and die and major stamping houses.

In many instances we buy from and supply product to these companies, forming a symbiotic relationship that has led to extremely competitive pricing and delivery plans.   We function on both a "tier one" and "tier two" supplier basis, so our systems and people are readily able to interface with a customer base of multi-billion dollar firms and those firms just starting out.

Key Benefits

•  World-class heat treating suppliers - we have standardized on one heat treat supplier and have worked to make this an excellent relationship on a technical, pricing and delivery basis.  We are expert at determining correct manufacturing dimensions when subsequent heat treat and plating might be necessary.
  
  
•  World-class plating suppliers - the Rochester, New York area is ripe with manufacturers of stamped and/or turned parts requiring plating.  This has led to extremely competent plating expertise literally a few doors away.  We have standardized on two plating suppliers and work with them for 98% of all our plating needs.
  
  
•  Grinding services - we have worked hand-in-hand with a local grinding company to form a true "sister" company relationship.
  
  
•  Plastics overmolding  - our Rol-Tru product line in many instances requires one or more of our parts to be overmolded.  We have standardized on one supplier for these needs, with a very tight relationship leading to breakthrough pricing and delivery.
